The BIA Approach
1. B.R.E.A.T.H.E. Assessment
We will first assess the needs of your organization using our B.R.E.A.T.H.E. framework. This will allow use to understand what is desired, what resources are available and assist us is setting SMART goals for your desired objective(s).

2. Collect Data
In this first phase, we collect all necessary data in order to make data-informed decisions. These data are collected both internally and externally.

3. Create & Plan Programming
In this phase we create initiatives based on the desired objectives presented and the actual data collected. We set timelines, design programs, form partnerships, and gather all resources needed to implement.

4. Commit to the Process
Here is where we implement all that we've worked on. We will have regular meetings/touchpoints throughout to ensure a quality experience and to address any circumstances that arise.

5. Critique & Evaluate
Once initiatives have been completed, we will reference our previously created evaluation plan to determine the effectiveness of the programming. These data will be used in determining future initiatives and to monitor established objectives within the determined timeframe (ex. 1 yr. 3 yrs., etc.).
